TERMS OF SERVICE OF THE ONLINE STORE

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order. Luna & Lui wishes you wonderful shopping moments in our online store!

1. CONTACT INFORMATION
The official name of our company is Luna & Lui Ltd and its Finnish business ID is 3328500-6. Luna & Lui Ltd is registered in the Finnish Trade Register and its VAT number is FI33285006. Our warehouse is located at Tikkurilantie 136, 01510 Vantaa, Finland, but we do not have a brick-and-mortar store, as we operate exclusively in the form of an online store. Our customer service is available by email at info@lunalui.fi and you can also easily contact us by sending a message on Instagram or Facebook.

2. PRODUCT PRICES AND VAT
The prices of the products shown in our shop include the VAT in force at the time. Product prices do not include shipping costs, which are added to the total price of each order, including VAT, based on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Detailed information on the amount of shipping costs is presented in section 3 below.

3. DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING COSTS
International shipping and delivery time
We do our very best to dispatch all orders that arrive before noon on weekdays the same day. For international shipping, currently available to Sweden and Denmark, we use Postnord and GLS. The choice of carrier is made at our discretion, based on your delivery address, to ensure the smoothest and fastest delivery possible. Estimated delivery times for Postnord and GLS deliveries to Sweden and Denmark are 3-7 business days.

You will receive an email notification when your package has been shipped and you will be able to track the progress of the package using the tracking ID in the email. We shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by the selected transport company. Luna & Lui Ltd has the right not to deliver products that can be ordered from the online store due to human errors or technical problems, but which are not in stock, and Luna & Lui Ltd shall not incur any liability or responsibility if this happens. In such a situation, we will notify you without delay by email and agree with you to either cancel and refund the entire order or the items that are not available.

International shipping costs
Our shipping costs for EU deliveries are EUR 12.90. For all orders above EUR 200, we offer free EU shipping. You will always see the shipping costs that will be added to the price of your order at checkout before proceeding to the payment stage of the order.

4. PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS
Payment in our online store is made at checkout according to your choice using a credit card, mobile payment methods (MobilePay, ApplePay or GooglePay), as well as invoice and instalment payment options offered by Klarna (please read Klarna's own terms and conditions when using the invoice or instalment payment option).

Once your order has been successfully received in our system, an automatic order confirmation will be sent to your email, which will also confirm the payment method you used.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
As a consumer, you always have the right to cancel an order you have placed in the online store without stating any particular reason within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you wish to return one or more of the products you have ordered, please send us an e-mail informing us of the return within fourteen (14) days of picking up your package. After that you can return the products using a shipping carrier of your choice. Please note that all international returns are at the expense of the customer.

You must send the product(s) you wish to return to our warehouse within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to make a return.

Returned items must be unused, fit for sale, and carefully packaged for the return. The original product labels and hanging tags must remain attached to the products. You do not need to use the same packing box in which your order was delivered to you for the return.

Where necessary, the customer must prove that the goods have been returned within the time limit, for example with a return receipt. Please remember to retain your return receipt.

We will refund all the money you paid for the order, including delivery costs, without delay and in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, no later than 14 days after the return notice has been submitted to us in by e-mail, provided, however, that you have actually returned the goods by then. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for placing the order (not by bank transfer, for example).

By way of derogation from the above, if the total amount of the ordered products exceeds EUR 200 euros at the time of ordering and their delivery is therefore free of charge and you return some of the products so that the remaining total amount of the order is under EUR 200, we will deduct the delivery cost of your chosen delivery method from the amount to be refunded to you.

Please note that a package that has not been picked up does not constitute a return. For uncollected packages that make their way back to our warehouse, we will charge the customer €25 per order, which covers shipping and handling costs as well as other costs incurred by us from the uncollected parcel.

6. INSPECTING THE SHIPMENT, DEFECTS AND PROBLEMS
Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or it otherwise does not correspond to your order or is defective, please notify our customer service (contact details below) as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days and we will agree with you on how to fix the defect as quickly and efficiently as possible. In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory provisions of the provisions of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act concerning liability for defects.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Luna & Lui Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or any other damage or losses related to the order, delivery or product or any of the above, except to the extent otherwise provided in any mandatory provisions of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act or other Finnish legal enactment.

9. DISPUTES
If any disagreement arises between you and Luna & Lui Ltd regarding your order, we will do our best to resolve the matter by way of negotiations, so please contact our customer service as soon as possible (using the contact details in section 7 above) to resolve the matter. Please note that the governing law for all orders from the Luna & Lui online store shall be the laws of Finland, excluding its provisions for the choice of law.
